I love love love love working out and running outside. This has been a very long winter in Wyoming, and I have been so happy to be able to get out (a few times the last few weeks) at the track! There are many benefits to working out but combined that with the benefits of working out outside and you have “workout heaven”;) Here are some awesome track workouts to try or pin to try later!
